ABOUT US

Skydive City is Melbourne's seven days per week skydiving service with packages which are both exhilarating and unforgettable. Our five and ten seater aircraft cater for all group sizes up to a flight level of 14000 ft (four and a half kilometers above the ground).

When jumping with Skydive City, you are skydiving with some of the most experienced and professional instructors in the country. In fact the Skydive City team has been awarded more than forty Australian championship gold medals, and four Guinness Book of World Records.

It's not surprising then that Skydive City has taken more than 15,000 people for their first skydive and has one of the best safety records in the country. Skydive City aims to maintain this exceptional level of safety with your skydive.

MEET THE TEAM

Luke - Head Skydiver

According to Luke skydiving is as close as a human can get to flying like a bird, as well as being a challenging and extremely satisfying sport. Luke should know as he has more than 7,500 jumps to his name. Amongst his other credentials, Luke is a current Australian record formation holder, has been Australian Champion 4 times and was part of the world's largest skydive formation (297 skydivers - wow!)

Andrew 'Pony' - Twice Australian Freefly champion

Andrew (or Pony as he is known in skydiving circles) has approximately 2,500 jumps to his name. His area of expertise if freefly and together with the rest of the team known as 'Sonic Boom', Andrew took out Gold in the recent Freefly Extravaganza held at Lake Ellsinore in California. Andrew's team was also ranked 7th in the recent World championships in Granada, Spain.

James - 6,400+ jumps to his name.

James has competed in several Victorian and National championships as well as representing Australia in the World Championships in Granada, Spain. James is also an enthusiast of freefly and he won silver at the Nationals.

If you are planning a weekend away or just a day trip to coincide with your skydiving experience, the Barwon Heads location is just 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Barwon Heads: a quiet seaside village where you can stroll on sandy beaches, take in a pub lunch or dine in style. Alternatively, you can take an unforgettable journey along Victoria's Great Ocean Road, the world's most inspiring coastal drive.

FACILITIES

At the Barwon Heads dropzone skydivers and visitors can take advantage of our seafood outlet, weekend Kiosk & free barbeque facilities. Spectators can also experience joy flights along the Great Ocean Road (bookings are essential to avoid disappointment).
